Congratulations of Veterans with the 65 years from the date of the Victory over Great Patriotic War!

On May, 6th there took place the meeting of a management of the “Mining machinery holding company – Rudgormash” with the veterans of the Great Patriotic War who has defended freedom and independence of our Motherland. In post-war years these people took active part in formation of the Voronezh plant of mining engineering, in its further development and transformation into the leader on production of the concentrating, mining and drilling equipment.

More than 20 participants of the Great Patriotic War have gathered at the territory of Rudgormash at a memorial devoted to a Victory Day. They are heroes, to which is proud not only the staff of our company, but also all Left-bank area. Many from gathered have noticed regretfully that every year veterans becomes ever less. And it is necessary to tell that during post-war time there has come to work 356 persons winning our freedom in days of war. Present workers of Rudgormash have come to congratulate veterans. They did honour to victims in the Second World War with the minute of silence. Then General director of Joint-Stock Company "RudGorMash"  Mr. Yermolov V. A.  made the speech:

“Today we celebrate the 65th Anniversary of our Great Victory over the worst enemy - the German fascism. In the history of the people there are events which importance does not pass in due course. The victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 became such event. The victory has rallied and has tempered the Soviet people, has glorified heroes and has immortalized names of victims for the Motherland. On the one hand May, 9th is the most exciting, most solemn holiday, but on the other hand it is personal, family, and also public and state holiday. Each Russian family was burnt by a war flame. Millions lives have been sacrificed on a victory altar”.

In conclusion of the official part, the festive concert took place there. All veterans have been brought on the celebration by the factory bus. And workers of Rudgormash have personally congratulated with the holiday and have handed excellent gifts those pensioners who could not come on event.
