Another stage in technical re-equipment achieved by Rudgormash

In the workshop  No10, a place is almost ready for two new CNC machines as part of a project for the technical re-equipment of our enterprise. One of them is a GS-2600M horizontal CNC turret lathe manufactured by GOODWAY Machine Corp. (Taiwan).

The machine has an inclined bed 30˚, sliding guides with an increased coverage area and is intended for the manufacture of serial lathe parts of medium size: nipples, couplings, adapters, shafts with keyways and other parts from  our workshops.

The functionality possessed by the turret lathe allows performing almost the entire range of turning technological operations with it. The most common types of operations performed on turret lathes include:

- cutting of internal and external threads with various tools;

- processing of the end surface of the workpieces;

-turning cylindrical parts;

- grooving with different geometric parameters.

In addition to the above technological operations, on lathes and revolving machines, parts with a shaped profile can be processed (for this, you can use a special curvilinear template installed instead of a copying ruler, or a shaped cutter that feeds in the transverse direction) with a tapered surface (processing is performed using a copying tool or using cutters with a wide working surface for this)


Another machine is a BM-1020 vertical milling center manufactured by AWEA MECHANTRONIC CO., LTD. (Taiwan).

The BM-1020 vertical milling machine is designed for heavy-duty machining. A massive bed, the use of sliding guides in combination with a high-torque spindle and feed drives ensure high rigidity of the machine and machining accuracy even under severe working conditions. The machine is designed for fine milling mainly of parts from section 4 of shop No. 2.
