Throw-screens

The product line of throw screens manufactured by Rudgormash ranges from more than 50 types and sizes. There are unbalanced heavy type throw screens of circular vibration: GIT-32M, GIT-51M, GIT-52M, GIT-41A, GIT-41B, GIT-42A, GIT-51V and etc.

 There are also unbalanced light type throw screens of circular vibration: GIL-32K, GIL-42K, GIL-52K, as well as a double-impact unbalanced throw screens of linear vibrations of heavy and light type: GISL-62UK, GISL-82AK, GIST-72AK, GST-42, GST-62S, UCN-72N.

 Structural features of Rudgormash throw screens:

• Elastic joints are applied between the screen sides and tie-beams;

• Welded connections between the screening surfaces and the screen sides were replaced by the riveted joints without zones of thermal stress;

• Vibration-resistant bearings are applied in the screen vibrators;

• The sides of screens are made of the steel 10HSND (10ХСНД);

• The surfaces of the tie-beams and the screen sides have a wear proof rubber and polyurethane covering;

• Static balancing of the vibrator unbalanced mass is provided to prevent the side oscillations of the throw screen

The screen is applied in ferrous and non-ferrous industries or as a technological equipment in the construction field.           Unbalanced throw screen GST71G     Unbalanced throw screen GST71G serves to separate the bulk material according to their size with the volume weight up to 1,4 t/m³ on the inclined screening surfaces ( 0-25º) during dewatering and desliming of the dry (with surface moisture 5% at most) or wet coal, anthracite and shale coal as well as for washing the suspension from the washed products. The throw screen can be applied at mineral-processing plants working with coal, anthracite and shale coal.           Unbalanced throw screen GIL52KP     The unbalanced throw screen GIL52KP serves to separate the bulk material according to its size with the volume weight up to 1,4t/m³ on the inclined screening surfaces from 10 to 25º during dry (with surface moisture 5% at most) screening of coal, anthracite and shale coal of feed size 300mm at most.           Unbalanced throw screen GST72     The throw screen GST72 (designed with the same dimensions as the throw screen GIST72AK) is applied for classification of bulk materials with volume weight up to 2,8 t/m³ and size up to 200mm during dry screening of bulk materials with moisture up to 5% and temperature up to 120ºC ; or wet screening like dewatering or desliming operations or washing the suspension from other components.           Unbalanced throw screen GIT41AH     Unbalanced throw screen GIT41AH serves to classify bulk materials with volume weight up to 2,8t/m³ and is applied in ferrous and non-ferrous industries or as technological equipment in the constructional industry.           Unbalanced throw screen GIT62M     Unbalanced throw screen GIT62M serves to classify bulk material with the volume weight of 2,8t/m³ and is applied in ferrous and non-ferrous industries or as technological equipment in the constructional industry.           Unbalanced throw screen of heavy type GIT700     GIT700 is designed for classification of bulk materials with bulk weight up to 2,8 t/m3 and material size up to 200 mm on operations: - of dry classification of bulk material with humidity up to 5%; - of wet classification: dewatering, deshaling of coal, washing off suspension.           Double-impact screen GST62S     The screen is designed for classification of bulk material. GST62S is applied in ferrous and non-ferrous industries and in construction industry.

GIST-72AK     GIST is designed for dry screening of bulk materials with humidity up to 5%, wet screening of run coal, dewatering, slime removal and suspension washing-off from concentrates. The screen is applied in ferrous and non-ferrous industries or as a technological equipment in the construction field.           Double-impact throw screen GST82     The double-impact throw-screen GST82 serves to separate the screened material into three classes with a volume weight of the bulk material up to 2,8 t/m³ . The throw-screen can be applied in ferrous and non-ferrous industries or as technological equipment in a construction industry.           Double-impact unbalanced throw screen GISL-82AK     The unbalanced throw screen GISL82AK serves for screening of bulk materials with the volume weight up to 1,4t/m³ during dewatering and desliming operations of wet or dry screening of coal, anthracite or shale coal as well as for washing the suspension from other components.           Unbalanced throw screen GIL43A     The unbalanced throw screen GIL43A is applied for classification of bulk materials into sizes with volume weight up to 1,4 t/m³ (surface moisture 5% at most), for screening coal, anthracite and shale coal into fractions of 300mm each at most on inclined surface of 10-25º. The throw screen can be manufactured in two variants: the supporting or hanging type.           Unbalanced throw screen GIT52MM     Unbalanced throw screen GIT52MM serves to classify bulk material with the volume weight of 2,8t/m³ and is applied in ferrous and non-ferrous industries or as technological equipment in the constructional industry.           Unbalanced throw screen GIT63V     Unbalanced throw screen GIT63V serves to classify bulk material with the volume weight under 2,8t/m³ and is applied in ferrous and non-ferrous industries or as technological equipment in the constructional industry.           Unbalanced throw screen of heavy type GIT41     The screen is designed for screening bulk material of weight up to 2,6t/m3 and classifying of bulk meterial into two fractions.
