The drilling equipment 
Rotary drilling rig SBSH-250MNA-32

Electric drilling rig. The machine serves to drill technological blast holes in rocks with hardness of 6-18 units according to prof. Protodyakonov scale at open mines.
The drill consists of the crawler-mounting unit, the machine room and the cabin and the mast mounted on it.

| Crawler-mounting unit of the drill consist of two independent bogies connected by axis with the drives on each bogie.
Track links and wheels are made of high-alloy steel with heat treatment according to unique technology.
Crawler tension is handled by a hydraulic cylinder of double-action type.
The inclined frame surface and application of supporting rollers on console axis protects the rollers from mudding by sluggish ores in wet conditions. Bearings filled with lubrication for a whole service lifetime are situated in the bearings unit.
Machine room is a welded construction encased in metal plates.
The insides are:
- compressor unit;
- oil pumping station with its basic elements like the major pump with the regulated productivity that feeds the required force to the drill tool and performs other operations; the axillary pump that provides fast lifting and lowering of the drill tool to make screwing and unscrewing operations; rotation unit and track drives;
- electric cabinets and other equipment.
Two frequency drives by Schneider Electric control the asynchronous electric motors of the track during traveling of the drill. During drilling the frequency drives switch to control asynchronous electric motors of the rotation unit and hydraulic pump.
As an option, the drill can be equipped with dry system of dust suppression that includes the dust trap, the primary refining cyclone and exhaust fan.
Cabin of the drill is welded, all-metal. It has heat/cold insulation on the walls, ceiling and floor and it provides comfortable conditions for the operator. To lower vibration when drilling the cabin can be mounted on jacks and thus separated from the machine room.
Anti-vibration height adjustable chair for an operator is situated in the cabin. The panels with indication of drilling parameters are used to control the drilling process and the work of the main units on the machine. Doors with secure locks and weatherstripping provide hermetical isolation while air conditioner supplies clean air and thus provides excess pressure. If the temperature lowers below zero a heater switches on. Comfortable windows provide a good view of a working process of all main parts.
Mast is a spatial construction that is attached to the pillars through sliding bearings.
The mast is lifted or lowered by two hydraulic cylinders. It is fixed with two holders. The operating position of the mast is vertical and at the angle of 10°, 15 °, 20°, 25°, 30° or 45° to the vertical.
