The Educational Center was established according to the strategy of the enterprise. The main objectives of the center are:
- achievement of higher level of productivity and quality of staff, reduction of losses and costs in the process of professional activity; - increase of commitment of the staff to their organization , increase of work motivation of employees, decrease in turnover of staff, attracting and retaining of young professionals;
-purchasing professional knowledge and skills to meet present and future requirements to their work, allowing the company to implement new activities; -Maintain and distribute among employees the basic values and priorities, organizational culture; - promotion of new approaches and standards of conduct to support organizational strategy, maintaining the company image in the labor market as a successful social-oriented employer.
Education at the Center is carried out in eight classrooms equipped with modern, industrial training is carried out in the workshops, landfills, and the industrial site, designed for 24 workplaces. To apply the latest educational technologies a multimedia projector, TV, VCR, video camera, interactive whiteboard are used . There is a computer lab equipped for 15 workplaces, classes for training workers foundry trades, machine operators, slingers, welders. Training and certification of workers’ safety is support by the multimedia program. Class for training crane operators is equipped with a working model of a crane.
The educational center cooperates with various educational institutions of our country, allowing specialists of the enterprise to to improve their professionalism in the required direction. For example, since May, 2010 at the factory has been a training with assistance of Corporate university "Youth innovative school of leadership" Moscow . Training is provided through two programs: "the Program of development of top-managers of JSC " UGMK-RUDGORMASH "," the Program of development management ". The employees of the company participated in a training seminar on "Project Management", "Competent approach, and personnel management, " "Systems Approach and management of personnel which were taught by the qualified business trainers - teacher of HSM Moscow, the doctor of pedagogical sciences Korosteleva T.V., teacher of HSM Moscow, PhD Shash N.N.
In accordance with long-term development program of the personnel reserve training seminars "Building a Career, " "Leadership in organizations " have been organized. The qualified specialists worked with the staff: Prof., Ph.D. A.S. Popova, PhD Atayan L.N.
Such a systematic study will necessarily lead to the result.
