Drilling, mining and concentrating equipment produced by “Rudgormash” JSC pertains to technically multiplex equipment and provided with a guarantee.

During the warranty period in order to increase the reliability of work and to perform qualitative installation of newly arrived drilling, mining and concentrating equipment experts of after-sales service of “Rudgormash” JSC perform:

  • The qualified technical help in installation (erection supervision), the control over observance of instructions on installation.
  • The start-up and adjustment works, regime adjustment of separate units and systems, delivery of the drilling, mining and concentrating equipment in operation.
  • Monitoring works, operative elimination of the arisen breakdowns, failures and malfunctions.

During the after-guarantee period of drilling, mining and concentrating equipment on a contractual basis the experts of after-sales service of the enterprise carry out the following types of work:

  • Diagnostics of details, units and mechanisms of the equipment by highly skilled experts with the subsequent drawing up of the defective sheet and delivery of recommendations on maintenance of the further serviceability and operation.
  • Repair on restoration of serviceability of drilling, mining and concentrating equipment with replacement of the worn out details, units and mechanisms with granting guarantee commitments.
  • Starting-up and adjustment works after carrying out of the equipment repairs.
  • Duly delivery of spare parts.
  • Training of the Customer’s attendants in the devices, rules and norms of technical operation, adjustment and service of the equipment produced by “Rudgormash” JSC.
